In business since 2009, Mastix Medica specializes in developing products that can speed critical ingredients to the bloodstream through the use of chewing gum and lozenges. Used as a delivery system, the supplements begin to reach the bloodstream through the buccal cavity, with full dosing delivered in 12-15 minutes.*
Mastix Medica is one of very few companies in the world that has the flexibility to make cold pressed tableted gum products. Using our unique know-how, we are able to add ingredients to the powdered gum base which allows content uniformity from piece to piece. Other companies do not manufacture their own powdered gum base, thus limiting their flexibility to create custom formulations. Conventional gum manufacturers use a high temperature extruded process to make their gum. Heat kills many active ingredients, resulting in a sub-potent final product. Our gum is manufactured at room temperature so the actives are fully available in the final product.
Mastix Medica develops all of their products in-house. We work with customers to create unique products using our ingredients or customer supplied ingredients. Supplement combinations, flavors, and chew are all customizable – limited only to the overall size of the tablet.
